Sahra is a digital concierge that provides a customized hotel experience that is attuned to each customer’s personal needs and wants. This digital solution aims to cultivate brand loyalty for the client’s new hotel brand by wowing our target demographic, the Bohemian Bourgeois (BoBos), who are upwardly mobile, accomplished, wealthy and are used to topnotch service.

Hotel guests will receive an avatar and a personalized list of activity suggestions after a fun customization process. They can enjoy features from the app such as activity suggestions, internal hotel navigation, room control and reward points system.
